DHQ Govt. General Hospital Samanabad Faisalabad and Govt. Al-Hamd Hospital Nishatabad Faisalabad invite electronic bids on an item-wise basis for the supply of laboratory kits and chemicals under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement scope covers laboratory kits and chemicals with an estimated cost of 10 million Pakistani Rupees. This framework contract procurement is being conducted in Faisalabad, Punjab, through the E-Pakistan Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADs) platform, which is the mandatory electronic procurement channel for government procurements in the province.
Bidders must be registered on E-PADs in relevant categories and are required to submit bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost in the form of a CDR, bank draft, or pay order in favor of the Medical Superintendent DHQ Govt. General Hospital Samanabad Faisalabad. The successful bidders shall deposit an equal amount of 2 percent of the total contract value as performance guarantee. All item rates must be inclusive of government taxes. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, or doubtful bids shall be rejected as per procurement regulations.
Bid documents are available for download from the PPRA website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the E-PADs portal. Interested bidders must submit their bids electronically on E-PADs by 23 June 2026 at 10:30 AM, and bids will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day in the office of the Medical Superintendent by the tender opening committee in the presence of available bidders or their authorized representatives.
