Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA), an authority established under the Punjab Enforcement & Regulation Act, 2024 by the Government of Punjab, invites pre-qualification applications from eligible catering service providers for the procurement of catering services for PERA in Lahore, Punjab. The contract is for a period of one year with an estimated cost of PKR 150 million. This is a national competitive bidding process open to all interested and qualified service providers with relevant business history and tax registration credentials. Applicants must be registered on the e-PADS platform and possess valid tax registration documents to participate in the procurement proceedings.
Eligible applicants must be pre-qualified service providers with demonstrated experience in providing catering services to corporate or government organizations. Only applicants registered on the e-PADS electronic procurement platform are eligible to participate. The bid security amount is 3.0 million PKR. Applicants are required to submit complete applications including general information forms, affidavits, and all supporting documentation as specified in the pre-qualification document. The selection process will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and amendments thereof.
Applications must be submitted exclusively through the EPADS online portal before June 23, 2026 at 2:00 PM (Lahore time). Technical bid opening is scheduled for June 23, 2026 at 2:30 PM.
