Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) is inviting sealed competitive bids for the procurement of a drill machine required for its Gas Department. The procurement is referenced under Contract Number PIE/P&C/DM/Gas/26/28 and represents the agency's effort to equip its gas operations division with essential drilling equipment. This bidding document (Volume I) contains all terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements necessary for eligible contractors and suppliers to participate in the competitive bidding process for the supply of the drill machine.
Eligible bidders must be registered and legally constituted business entities authorized to supply and deliver such equipment within Pakistan. Bidders are required to submit comprehensive bid documents including proof of eligibility, technical qualifications, equipment conformity certifications, and evidence of financial capacity. A bid security (earnest money) in the prescribed amount must accompany each bid submission as a guarantee of good faith and to ensure compliance with bidding terms. Sealed bids must be submitted by the specified deadline of June 30, 2026, with opening of bids conducted by the procuring agency on the same date or shortly thereafter. Bidders are advised to carefully review all sections of the bidding documents including instructions to bidders (ITB), technical specifications, general conditions, and special conditions prior to submission to ensure full compliance and eligibility for evaluation.
