OAN THQ Hospital Mian Channu, a healthcare facility under the Health Department of Punjab, invites sealed bids for the auction of parking stand facilities for the financial year 2026-27. The contract is for operation and management of parking stands at the hospital location in Mian Channu. The reserve price for the parking stand auction has been set at Rs. 2,372,000 per annum without applicable taxes, valid till 30th June 2027. The successful bidder will be awarded based on the highest price offered during the open auction process. Bidders must meet mandatory eligibility criteria including submission of an original Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR) amounting to Rs. 500,000 made in the name of the Medical Superintendent OAN THQ Hospital, active income tax certificate demonstrating status as an active taxpayer, affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp paper as per supplier declaration template, valid National ID card copy, Category A License, original receipt for purchase of bidding documents, and signed bidding documents. Bid security must be furnished in the form of CDR as specified. The CDR will serve as performance guarantee throughout the contract period.
Bidding documents are available for purchase, and interested bidders must submit sealed bids by 16th June 2026 at 10:30 AM. The open auction will commence on the same date at 11:00 AM at the hospital premises. Bidders are required to deposit all applicable taxes in advance before the award of the contract. Quarterly payments must be deposited as per the agreed schedule, with failure to do so resulting in automatic cessation of parking stand operating rights without notice.
