Description / Scope of Work
Shifa Foundation, a not-for-profit organization established in 1991 and sister organization of Shifa International Hospital Ltd. in Islamabad, invites sealed quotations from registered suppliers, firms, and companies for the supply of lead testing kits required under the Community-Level Lead Exposure Source Assessment and Awareness Initiative in Rawalpindi District, Pakistan. The procurement is aimed at supporting environmental health assessment activities across multiple provinces including Sindh, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Islamabad. Delivery of goods must be completed within 20 working days after issuance of the Purchase Order, with all deliveries to be made to Shifa Foundation Head Office in Islamabad.
Only sealed quotations will be accepted from eligible registered suppliers. Quoted rates must be inclusive of all transportation and delivery charges, as well as all applicable Government taxes including withholding tax and GST. The supplier's NTN and/or CNIC number must be clearly mentioned on the invoice. Quotations must remain valid for a minimum period of four weeks. Shifa Foundation reserves the right to procure all or part of the quantities on a need basis and retains the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.
The last date for submission of sealed quotations is 15 June 2026. Quotations received after the closing date will not be entertained. Payment shall be made within 20 working days after receipt and verification of invoice or bill through cross cheque in favour of the company or business.
