Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites electronic bids for the construction of a boundary wall, security guard room, and provision and fixing of solar lights and related grid station infrastructure at Jal Jaoo in Balochistan. The project, valued at Rs. 39,307,000, is being tendered on a National Competitive Bidding basis through the e-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS). Eligible firms must be registered on E-PADS, hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licenses for 2025-2026 in category C-5, maintain active Provincial Sales Tax and Federal Board of Revenue registrations, and be included on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Tax Payer List.
Bidders must possess a valid PEC specialization code CE-10 and have successfully completed at least two similar contracts within the last eight years with completion certificates duly verified. Firms with two or more pending works at QESCO in the preceding two years are ineligible. All bids must be accompanied by a fixed bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or pay order, with a tender cost of Rs. 5,000 in non-refundable fees. Bidders are required to quote firm and final prices with no escalation requests permitted after bid opening.
Bidding documents conforming to PPRA regulations containing detailed terms, conditions, procurement methods, and technical specifications are available for download on E-PADS to registered users. Electronic bids must be submitted via E-PADS by 29 June 2026 at 1130 hours, with public opening scheduled for 1200 hours the same day at the office of the Project Director (GSC) QESCO in Quetta.
