Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites sealed e-bids from eligible contractors with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities for the procurement of imported liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) totalling 2500 metric tonnes scheduled for delivery during 24th to 30th June 2026. The tender reference number is GF-19711-JA and follows a single stage, one envelope bidding procedure. This procurement is being conducted through the SAP Ariba Portal and is available across Sindh province. Interested parties must demonstrate significant experience in similar LPG supply operations and possess sufficient financial standing to fulfill this contract.
Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers holding valid NTN (National Tax Number) and GST/PST certificates. Authorized representatives and company owners must provide valid CNIC (national identity card) copies. Bidders are required to submit a duly signed and stamped request letter on official letterhead specifying their intention to participate. All documentary evidence including tax certificates and identity proofs must be scanned and uploaded to the SAP Ariba Portal. Bidders without an existing Ariba Network ID must register themselves on the designated portal to access and participate in this tender and future Pakistan State Oil Company Limited procurements.
Tender documents will be available for collection through the SAP Ariba Portal from 08 June 2026 until 24 June 2026 between 08:30 AM and 02:15 PM. Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the same portal with a deadline of 24 June 2026 at 02:15 PM. Bid opening will commence on 24 June 2026 at 03:00 PM onwards through the SAP Ariba Portal. Interested vendors can register and access the tender at https://tenderpso.com.pk:8022/.
