Description / Scope of Work
The Embassy of Pakistan, Beijing invites sealed quotations from reputable Chinese event management companies, cultural production agencies, music production houses and drone show service providers for the production of a Pakistan-China Friendship Song, organization of a concert at the Great Wall of China, and an accompanying drone and light show. This prestigious project marks the 75th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Pakistan and China. The scope encompasses recording, production and post-production of a friendship song featuring Chinese and Pakistani artists, organization and management of a concert at the Great Wall of China for the launch and promotion of the song, provision and operation of a drone and light show comprising approximately 1,000 drones for a performance of 10–15 minutes, event planning, stage management, technical support, sound and lighting arrangements, audiovisual production and associated logistics, coordination with relevant Chinese authorities and venue management entities for permissions and operational arrangements, and provision of all necessary manpower, equipment and organizational support required for successful execution of the project.
Interested companies must provide valid registration documents issued by the competent authorities of the People's Republic of China along with relevant tax registration certificates. Bidders shall demonstrate proven experience in organizing large-scale cultural events, concerts, music productions and/or drone shows. Financial proposals shall clearly indicate all applicable costs and be inclusive of taxes, service charges and any other applicable fees. Bidders shall submit a comprehensive implementation plan outlining timelines, technical specifications, safety measures and contingency arrangements. The proposal for the drone and light show shall specify the number of drones, duration of performance, technical capabilities, safety certifications and previous experience. Bidders shall ensure compliance with all applicable Chinese laws and regulations and the successful bidder shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals.
Tender documents are available from 10 June 2026 onwards from 0900 hrs to 1500 hrs at the Office of the Head of Chancery, Embassy of Pakistan, Beijing, located at No. 1, Dongzhimenwai Dajie, Sanlitun, Chaoyang District, Beijing. Sealed bids must be submitted by 26 June 2026 latest by 1200 hrs at the same location. Bid opening will take place on 26 June 2026 at 1300 hrs at Jinnah Hall, Embassy of Pakistan, Beijing.
