Municipal Committee Sheikhupura invites bids from engineering firms, contractors and qualified bidders for the arrangement of a rent basis procession and Mehfil-e-Naat (religious gathering) on the eve of Eid Milad Un Nabi (SAWW) in 2026. The estimated project cost is PKR 2,837,708 and the work is to be executed in Sheikhupura district, Punjab. This is a one-off event management and services contract where the successful bidder will be responsible for organizing and executing the procession and religious gathering in accordance with Municipal Committee standards and specifications. The project scope includes all aspects of arranging the event on a rental basis, encompassing planning, logistics, coordination and delivery of the complete event by the contractual deadline.
Eligible bidders must hold valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement website at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Contractors and firms must be registered with income tax and sales tax authorities and FBR. All bidders are required to deposit prescribed tender fee and earnest money equivalent to four percent of the estimated cost (PKR 113,510) in the form of a Cashier's Cheque or DD in favour of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Sheikhupura. The original CDR must be presented to the tender opening committee half an hour before bid opening, otherwise the bidder will be disqualified.
Bids must be submitted online on the Punjab PPRA website and the tender opening is scheduled for 13 August 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the office of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Sheikhupura, situated opposite Police Line, Lahore Road, District Courts Sheikhupura.
