Description / Scope of Work
The Embassy of Pakistan, Beijing invites sealed quotations from interested individuals, firms and companies for printing and framing of historical photographs, archived newspapers and picture collages, provision of coffee table books, fabrication of aluminum storage boxes, and transportation of completed exhibition sets to six to eight cities across China. The procurement encompasses printing and framing of approximately 1000 to 1500 historical pictures measuring 45 by 40 centimeters, around 52 archived newspapers of size 49 by 69.4 centimeters, and 800 to 1200 picture collages measuring 70 by 90 centimeters. Additionally, 15 coffee table books with estimated pages between 200 and 250 are required, along with three sizes of aluminum storage boxes and comprehensive transportation services throughout China.
Only bidders capable of providing integrated services covering printing, framing, storage boxes, packing and transportation will be considered for this tender. Interested local Chinese individuals, firms and companies must provide proof of registration with the local Chinese tax department and relevant local authorities. Bidders are required to submit item-wise and category-wise quotations clearly indicating unit costs, total costs, applicable taxes and any additional charges. The quoted rates should remain valid for a reasonable period, preferably 30 to 60 days from the date of bid submission. The Embassy reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of items and the number of destination cities according to requirements.
Tender documents are available from June 10, 2026 onwards from 0900 to 1700 hours at the Office of the Head of Chancery, Embassy of Pakistan, Beijing, located at No. 1 Dongzhimenwai Dajie, Sanlitun, Chaoyang District, Beijing, Post Code 100600. Sealed bids must be submitted by June 26, 2026 at 1500 hours, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 1600 hours in Jinnah Hall at the Embassy.
