Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed competitive bids for the supply of miscellaneous hardware materials on direct charge basis. The tender covers 19 different items including wheel barrows, plastic trim, adhesives, WD-40 lubricant, galvanized iron boxes, rubber fittings, silky romals, checkered plates, connectors, and high-pressure valves with a total bid bond valuation of Rs. 49,145. Free delivery is required within 15 days of purchase order receipt at SNGPL Store, Charsadda Camp in Charsadda, KPK. The tender enquiry reference is FCS/NSR/TE/016/26 with an opening date of 30 June 2026.
Bidders must submit firm and irrevocable offers in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all government taxes, duties and levies except sales tax, which should be mentioned separately. Bids must remain valid for 60 days from the closing date. A bid bond (performance guarantee) is required as per the specimen provided in Appendix E. Only one authorized representative per bidder may attend the public opening and must submit a duly signed authority letter as per Appendix G. Bidders must confirm that their quotations fully conform to all technical specifications and tender terms and conditions.
Bid documents comprise general terms, schedule of requirements, technical specifications, price term sheets, bid bond and performance bond specimens, questionnaire sheets, and certificates of non-collusion. Offers should be prepared in duplicate—one copy submitted through EPADS (electronic procurement system) and the second copy delivered physically to the Officer (Procurement), SNGPL Camp, Main Charsadda Bazaar, Charsadda. Both sealed envelopes must be marked "Confidential" with tender details. Bids will be received until 15:00 hours on 30 June 2026 and opened publicly at 15:30 hours on the same date.
