Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd, based in Karachi, invites sealed bids for the procurement of Coated Paper Rexine On One Side Green as per sample specifications. The tender reference is LP/T-4152/26/AA and follows a single stage one envelope bidding procedure. The sample material is available for inspection at the Main Gate of PSPC in Karachi, Federal Province. Bidders must provide clear details and specifications of the material to be used, and all bids must conform exactly to the specifications and sample provided. Make and brand references in the tender document should be read in conjunction with the word Equivalent. All pages of the bid must be duly signed and stamped by the bidder, and non-compliant bids will be rejected immediately.
Bidders must submit technical specifications along with their financial proposals in a single envelope as per the prescribed bid data sheet and tender requirements. The bid security and earnest money details are specified in the bid data sheet. Eligible bidders from countries listed in Section IV of the bidding documents may participate. The procurement follows the Public Procurement Rules and requires compliance with all mandatory conditions outlined in the bidding documents. Successful bidders will be required to furnish an Integrity Pact before contract award. The earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be returned within five days of posting the Final Evaluation Report on EPADS and PPRA platforms.
