Description / Scope of Work
This is an open tender for the procurement of surgical and disposable medical items for the fiscal year 2026-27. The tender covers a comprehensive range of medical supplies including disposable syringes of various capacities (1ml, insulin 100 units, 3ml, 5ml, 10ml, 20ml, 50ml, and 60ml), intravenous cannulas with and without injection ports in multiple gauges (16G, 18G, 20G, 22G), oxygen nasal cannulas for neonates, paediatrics and adults, butterfly needles, spinal needles of various gauges (16G, 18G, 20G, 22G, 25G), biopsy needles including spring cut and TruCut variants, surgical blades numbered 10 through 23, and specialized equipment for plastic surgery including dermatome blades and dermacarriers. The procurement is for federal territory and includes items from pre-qualified manufacturers such as B.Braun, Terumo, Nipro, BD, Feather, Zimmer and other equivalent approved suppliers.
Eligibility criteria require suppliers and distributors to submit samples for items marked as sample required and provide all necessary regulatory documentation including DRAP registration numbers. Bidders must submit a tender fee bank draft and earnest money bank draft as specified in the financial proposal form. All quotes must indicate GST status as either inclusive or exempted, along with retail price per pack, offered price per pack, and offered price per unit for each item. Suppliers must furnish their NTN, GST number, business address, contact details including telephone and email address.
Bid documents should be completed in the prescribed format with all required information for each item code. Interested suppliers must obtain the complete tender documents and submit their financial proposals within the tender validity period. The tender is valid for the year 2026-2027 and submissions should include all mandatory bank drafts and supporting documentation as outlined in the financial proposal section.
