Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites bids from eligible manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors for the procurement of leather giveaways under tender reference BM-19717-MS. This is a single stage two envelope bidding procedure conducted through the SAP Ariba portal. The tender is open to vendors with adequate past relevant experience and demonstrated financial capabilities. Tender documents will be made available for collection from June 10, 2026 to June 29, 2026 between 08:00 AM and 02:15 PM through the SAP Ariba portal. The company is based in Karachi, Sindh, and all procurement activities will be managed through electronic bidding systems.
Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers and shall provide scanned copies of valid NTN, GST certificate, provincial sales tax certificates where applicable, and CNIC of the owner or authorized representative along with their tender documents collection request. Vendors without an existing Ariba Network ID are required to register themselves on the SAP Ariba portal prior to participation. All documentation must be duly signed and stamped on official letterhead and uploaded to the SAP Ariba portal with the subject line clearly stating "Tender Documents Collection Request – Tender No. BM-19717-MS".
Bid submission closes on June 29, 2026 at 02:15 PM through the SAP Ariba portal, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 03:00 PM onwards. Interested parties may access tender documents and submit bids via the SAP Ariba portal at https://tenderpso.com.pk:8022/.
