Description / Scope of Work
The Hyderabad Development Authority (HDA) invites sealed bids for the digitization and automation of records for HDA and related projects on a Build, Operate, and Transfer (BOT) and turnkey basis. This project encompasses the comprehensive digitization and process automation of HDA's record management systems to modernize document handling and improve operational efficiency. The tender is issued by the Executive Engineer HPCD-I under HDA with a tender cost of Rs. 5,000 and a bid security requirement of Rs. 1.5 Million. The project scope includes design, development, implementation, and operation of a complete digitization and automation solution for HDA records management.
Only firms satisfying the specified qualification criteria are invited to submit bids. Bidders must be experienced in digitization projects, records management systems, and automation technologies. All bidders are required to furnish a bid security of Rs. 1.5 Million as per the tender requirements. Prospective bidders must examine the complete bidding documents including instructions to bidders, bid data sheet, evaluation and qualification criteria, technical specifications, and conditions of contract. Failure to provide all required information or submission of a non-responsive bid may result in rejection.
The bidding documents are available from HDA and contain detailed employer requirements, technical specifications, and contract conditions. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes containing both technical and price schedules as per the prescribed bidding forms. The bid opening ceremony is scheduled for 02.07.2026 at 2:30 PM.
