Description / Scope of Work
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for the procurement of result cards for the financial year 2025-26. The procurement includes 160,000 SSC result cards and 85,000 HSSC result cards, each measuring 11.5 inches by 8.5 inches, printed on 90-gram imported paper with two-colour printing on both sides and gutka numbering. The total estimated cost of the contract is Rs. 1,176,000 inclusive of all taxes, with SSC cards estimated at Rs. 768,000 and HSSC cards at Rs. 408,000. This tender is issued from the office in Rawalpindi, Punjab, and is open to registered suppliers and contractors throughout the province.
Eligible bidders must be registered under the Sales Tax Act and Income Tax with active tax-payer status and good reputation in the market. Firms must have a minimum of two years relevant experience in printing and distribution of similar documents and must not have been blacklisted by any government, semi-government, or autonomous body. Bidders are required to submit a bid security equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated price in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank. The successful bidder will be required to furnish an additional performance security of 10 percent of the total contract value upon award notification.
Bids must be submitted exclusively through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk on or before 27 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. The bid security must be physically submitted or couriered to the office of Assistant Secretary (Store) at the Board's office in Rawalpindi on or before the closing deadline.
