Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) is inviting sealed competitive bids for the procurement of networking infrastructure equipment for the Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC) project under tender reference ITOPS-01 / 110062026-1. This procurement includes the supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of various networking equipment required to establish a robust IT infrastructure at the RIC facility in Rawalpindi, Punjab. The scope covers items such as network switches, routers, firewalls, access points, cabling infrastructure, and related networking components as detailed in the technical specifications section of this tender document.
Bidders must be eligible vendors registered with the relevant tax authorities and possessing valid business registration. Bidders should demonstrate technical and financial capacity to deliver the specified networking equipment and services. A performance guarantee equivalent to five percent of the contract value will be required from the successful bidder. Bid security in the form of earnest money is mandatory and must be submitted with the bid documents. All bids must comply with the technical specifications and general conditions of contract outlined in this tender document.
