Description / Scope of Work
Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) has reserved funds for the procurement of non-consultancy services planned for fiscal year 2026-27. IESCO-PMU intends to apply part of the proceeds of this fund to cover eligible payments under the contract for procurement of supply, installation, configuration and commissioning of backup solution at IESCO Data Centre located in Islamabad, Federal Territory. This procurement is open to eligible vendors and will be conducted using the Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure of Principal Method of Procurement, specifically the open competitive bidding mechanism. The procurement will adhere to Public Procurement Rules 2004 and all relevant regulations and instructions issued by the Authority. Bid security must be submitted in the prescribed format, which may include a Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Bid Securing Declaration as described in the bidding documents. All requirements, specifications and detailed terms and conditions for this non-consultancy services procurement are available on the EPAOS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) platform at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bidding documents prepared in accordance with the authority's instructions must be submitted through EPAOS v2.0 on or before Monday, June 29, 2026 at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Vendors are required to register on EPAOS v2.0 to participate.
