Aitchison College, Lahore invites sealed tenders for the supply, installation and commissioning of a diesel generating set with prime rating of 250 KVA along with essential accessories. This is a single stage two envelope bidding process open exclusively to original manufacturers, authorized distributors and sole agents. The tender is issued for a critical infrastructure procurement at the college located in Lahore, Punjab. Bidders must be original manufacturers, authorized distributors or sole agents only. Bid security equivalent to 3 percent of the total quoted amount must be submitted with the technical proposal in the form of a pay order or demand draft issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Aitchison College Lahore. The bid security requirement ensures serious bidding and compliance with tender conditions. Tender documents containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs 15,000. Sealed bids must be clearly marked "Tender for Generator – Technical Proposal" and "Tender for Generator – Financial Proposal" and delivered to the office of the Bursar, Aitchison College Lahore, by 11:00 am on 30th June 2026. Proposals will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the Accounts Office. The college reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
