Description / Scope of Work
Air University invites sealed tenders for running and management of the Hostel Mess Complex and Main Cafeteria at the newly established BAHU Campus in Shorkat, Jhang district. The contract scope encompasses catering services for approximately 400 to 500 students, faculty, and staff members, with responsibilities including operation and management of cafeterias, provision of kitchen equipment and crockery items as required, establishment of serving counters, branding work, and supply of additional furniture if necessary. The tender reference is IBD/AUBAHU/CAFE/018/2026 and covers the Federal region with operations based in Shorkat, Jhang.
Eligible bidders must comply with all instructions detailed in the bidding documents. The procurement follows a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure as per the tender guidelines. Air University reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals prior to acceptance, or to cancel the tendering process entirely by providing written notice in accordance with Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Bid documents are available from Air University Main Campus BAHU Campus from 12 June 2026 on any working day. Bids must be submitted in accordance with instructions provided in the bidding documents and must reach Air University Main Campus E-9, Islamabad on or before 29 June 2026 at 1100 hours. Tender opening will take place on the same day at 1130 hours at the above venue. All bidders must apply through EPADS.
