Description / Scope of Work
The Principal of Govt. Zamindar Graduate College, Gujrat invites bids from eligible bidders for the auction of the college canteen for the financial year 2026-2027. The reserved price for this procurement is Rs. 1,000,000 and the bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per Rule 38(1) of Punjab PPRA-2014 (Amended). Bidding documents in English are available for download from the e-Procurement System and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. The scope involves the operation and management of the college canteen facility located in Gujrat, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be male and must submit a call deposit of five percent of the reserved price (Rs. 50,000) in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Bank Draft, or Pay Order made in the name of the Principal. Required documents include an attested Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC), call deposit receipt, and an attested copy of NTN or STN Certificate. Bidders must hold a valid renewed registration license issued by the office of the Punjab Revenue Authority. Defaulters of any government institution are not permitted to participate. The bid must be exclusive of tax, with any applicable taxes to be paid separately by the successful bidder.
Bidding documents can be obtained from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk or downloaded through the e-Procurement System. Original bids and bid security must be delivered personally to the office of the Principal before 11:30 AM on 22-09-2026. Bids will be opened online on the same day at 12:00 Noon. The bid validity period extends from 22-09-2026 to 21-09-2027. If the highest bidder refuses or fails to honor the bid, the call deposit will be forfeited and the contract awarded to the next highest bidder. The contract duration is one year, with potential extension by one additional year subject to satisfactory performance.
