Hospital Canteen Lease by Social Security Institution Punjab FY 2026-27

Punjab Employees Social Security Institution invites open bids for the lease of the hospital canteen at Social Security Hospital, Manga Raiwind Road, Lahore, for the financial year 2026-2027. The hospital is a modern 200-bed government facility serving patients enrolled under social security, with an attached nursing college. The canteen services existing patients, families, staff, and visitors, with anticipated increased demand once the nursing college becomes operational. The lease contract shall commence from the date of issuance of the Award Letter and extend until 30 June 2027, with provision for extension up to three additional months at the sole discretion of hospital administration. The reserve price is set at Rs. 505,000, with bidding to commence at this amount and increments of minimum Rs. 5,000 per subsequent bid. Bidders must submit sealed eligibility documents by 23 September 2026 at 10:00 AM, followed by submission of complete tender documents by 10:30 AM the same day. The open auction will be conducted at 1:30 PM on 23 September 2026 at the hospital premises. This tender is issued under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and PEESI regulations.
