Description / Scope of Work
The General Manager and Project Director of Tarbela Dam Project (WAPDA), District Haripur in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids from Original Manufacturers, Authorized Distributors, and General Order Suppliers registered as active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue and possessing valid Sales Tax Registration for the procurement of annual spare parts and miscellaneous items for repair and maintenance of HTV (Heavy Transport Vehicles) buses and servicing of all TDP/WAPDA vehicles for the financial year 2025-26. The tender reference is E-Pads Tender No P-43880 with Corrigendum P43880-001, covering a significant scope of vehicular maintenance requirements across the Tarbela Dam Project facilities.
Eligible bidders must be Original Manufacturers, Authorized Distributors, or General Order Suppliers registered on the Active Tax Payer List (ATL) of FBR with valid Sales Tax Registration No (STRN). Each bidder is required to furnish a bid security of PKR 30,000 (Thirty Lac only) in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) made in favor of the General Manager and Project Director, Tarbela Dam Project (WAPDA). The procurement process is governed by regulations and rules-2004 as notified by PPRA, with detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements available in the bidding documents accessible through EPADS.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 28 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with manual bids not accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the Office of Director (C&P), Tarbela Dam Project, Tehsil Ghazi, District Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, in the presence of bidders or their designated representatives following single-stage one-envelope procedure.
