The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi invites quotations for the printing of 500 copies of the Impact Report 2025 booklet under RFQ-003796. The procurement is for high-quality corporate publication printing with delivery to the Stores at IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi, Sindh. The project scope includes complete design and production of a 76-page booklet with cover in full color throughout, meeting premium corporate standards with specific material and finishing requirements.
The report specifications require an 8.5 inch by 11 inch portrait format with full 4/4 CMYK color printing at minimum 300 DPI resolution for all images and graphics. The cover must be printed on 300-350 gsm premium textured art card with full color outside and inside, matte lamination finish, and spot UV or raised UV applied to selected elements such as title or logo for enhanced tactile quality. Inside pages must be printed on 150-170 gsm premium matte art paper with full color on both sides and smooth matte finish to ensure enhanced readability and high-quality image reproduction with maintained color consistency throughout the report.
Quotations must be submitted to the Purchase Department, IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi by 16 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Interested bidders should contact the Purchase Department at telephone 03323760498 extension 2150 for bid documents and to view the sample available at the Procurement Department. Payment will be made through crossed cheque upon invoice receipt and delivery of items. All government taxes including income tax and stamp duty at 0.35% will be charged as per applicable rates. IBA reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning reason and to cancel items if delivery is delayed or material fails to meet specifications.
