Description / Scope of Work
The Administration and Maintenance Directorate at General Headquarters, Rawalpindi, invites sealed tenders from registered and provisionally registered firms with the A&M Dte for the supply of miscellaneous items throughout the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement scope encompasses office furniture (local and imported), general store items, stationery, computer stationery, hot and cold weather amenities, tent service hiring, crockery, lighting and horticulture items, uniforms and allied articles, repair and maintenance services for photocopiers, fax machines and shredders, newspapers, and washing and dry cleaning services. This is a comprehensive general supplies contract managed under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) 2004 regulations, with tender reference A&M-8, Document ID ZQPAM7B, issued from General Headquarters in Punjab.
Tenders are invited from firms registered or provisionally registered with the A&M Dte GHQ. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes, with all costs quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of applicable taxes and GST. Proposals will remain valid for the entire financial year 2026-27. The procuring agency reserves the right to request samples of stores as per Rule 6, Chapter XV of the Delegation of Powers and the lowest quoted bidder will be obligated to supply items matching approved samples. All bids must comply with PPRA 2004 procurement regulations.
Tender documents are available at the A&M Dte Facilitation Office, Unique Road near AFIP Parking, Rawalpindi, during working hours from 0900 to 1500 hours. Sealed quotations must be submitted to the Facilitation Office by 22 June 2026 at 1100 hours. Tender opening will occur on 22 June 2026 at 1130 hours, and suppliers or their representatives are invited to participate during the bidding process. Bids submitted after the prescribed deadline will be rejected and returned unopened in accordance with PPRA Rule 28(2).
