Description / Scope of Work
Federal Service Tribunal, Islamabad invites sealed bids from qualified suppliers for the supply of stationery and miscellaneous items on a rate contract basis for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is conducted through e-tendering via the E-PAD system (Version 2.0) under the Single Stage-Single Envelope Procedure of PPRA Rules, 2004. Supplies will be provided on an as-and-when-required basis through supply orders issued directly to successful contractors. The tender covers various stationery items as detailed in the Schedule of Requirements (Annex-A), with all materials required to be genuine, brand new, and of standard quality as approved by the Tribunal's Purchase Committee.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Registrar Firms (for sole proprietorship and partnership) or SECP (for limited liability companies), hold valid NTN and STRN certificates from the Federal Board of Revenue, possess an AGPR vendor number, and maintain an office or delivery facility in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Applicants must demonstrate prior experience supplying similar products to federal government ministries, divisions, or departments, and provide performance certificates and letters of acceptance. Blacklisted firms are ineligible. A bid security of Rs.40,000 in the form of a pay order in favor of the Drawing and Disbursing Officer is mandatory. All prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees, inclusive of taxes and duties, with no escalation permitted during the contract period.
Hard copies of bids accompanied by the bid security must be submitted to the Administrative Officer, Federal Service Tribunal, 47 Ataturk Avenue, G-5/2, Islamabad by 30th June, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Online submission through E-PAD is required simultaneously. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Incomplete, conditional, or late bids will be rejected.
