Description / Scope of Work
The National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) invites sealed bids for the establishment of eight IT labs with provision and installation of all equipment on a turnkey basis at public technical and vocational education and training institutes located in Karachi. This is a national procurement of goods and services conducted under a single-stage two-envelope bidding method. The project scope encompasses complete design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of information technology laboratory infrastructure including computers, networking equipment, software licenses, furniture, and related peripherals. The tender is issued by the Procurement Cell at NAVTTC headquarters in Islamabad and covers all technical vocational institutions designated in Karachi.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria including valid business registration, relevant technical qualifications, and experience in similar IT infrastructure projects. Interested bidders are required to submit a bid securing declaration as part of their submission. The bidding document is available from the Procurement Cell at NAVTTC HQ, Kirthar Road, Sector H-9/4, Islamabad. Bids must be submitted in two separate envelopes containing technical and financial proposals respectively, with all documentation properly sealed and marked.
