Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi Division invites sealed bids for special repair to road and sewerage line infrastructure at the Superintendent Police office of Pakistan Railways Police in Rawalpindi, specifically within the IOW-1/Rawalpindi section. The estimated cost of this civil works project is Rs. 7,392,252 with a completion period of two months. The tender is issued on a single stage one envelope basis in accordance with PPRA Rules and the Pakistan Railway Composite Schedule of Rates 2016 for the Rawalpindi Division.
Eligible bidders must be approved contractors registered with Pakistan Railways or other Government Departments, holding valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-6 or above with appropriate civil works specialization codes. All bidders are required to be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. The bid security amount required is Rs. 145,845 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Guarantee.
Bidding documents are available for free download from the E-PADS portal at http://e-procure.gov.pk. Interested bidders must submit their bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal system (E-PADS) along with scanned copies of bid security, CNIC, Pakistan Engineering Council registration certificate, ATL status, and original bid security documents. Physical bid submissions accompanied by sealed envelopes containing supporting documents must be deposited at the office of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi by 2 July 2026 at 12:00 pm. Bids will be opened on the same date at 12:30 pm in the presence of bidder representatives.
