Description / Scope of Work
A leading non-governmental organization invites sealed tenders from authorized and registered service providers for the procurement and supply of hearing aids under the UNICEF-SEIP funded project. This tender is for the supply of hearing aids in Districts Peshawar and Swabi in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province. The organization seeks financially sound and experienced suppliers and Hearing Aids Assistive Device dealers capable of providing quality hearing aids to beneficiaries across the specified districts. Eligible bidders must be authorized and registered service providers with valid sales tax and income tax registrations. Interested bidders should have registered business entities and must comply with all set standards as outlined in Annex 1 (Invitation to Bid). The Procurement Committee reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all bids with assigning reason thereof.

Sealed tenders must reach the office on or before June 23, 2026 at 13:00 hours through courier or registered mail to Program Manager Administration/HRM, Plot#14, Sector E-8, Phase-7, Hayatabad, Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Any clarifications regarding this tender can be made before five days of the closing date through email mentioned in tender documents.
