Sealed Bid Auction of Daihatsu Terios LTV Vehicle by Malteser International

Malteser International, a worldwide humanitarian relief agency with over 50 years of operational experience across 20 countries in Africa, Asia and the Americas, invites sealed bids for the auction of one used vehicle on an as-is-where-is basis. The vehicle is a Daihatsu Terios LTV with 1500cc engine in silver color, registered in Islamabad, model year 2010. The vehicle will be auctioned through a competitive sealed bidding process with bids required to be submitted by 30th June 2026. Inspection of the vehicle is available at House 223-A Broadway Street, Park Road Green Avenue, Islamabad between 10:00 hours and 16:00 hours from Monday to Friday prior to bid submission.

All bidders must meet the basic eligibility requirement of providing a completed bid form obtained from Malteser International office or via email at mb.procurement-pakistan@malteser-international.org. Bids must include full name of bidder, national identification number (NIC), telephone number, bidding amount against the vehicle, NTN if applicable, and email address. The quoted amount must include all applicable taxes which will be deducted in accordance with IT law. No specific bid security or earnest money deposit is mentioned in the tender notice.

Bid forms are available from Malteser International office or by email request not later than 30th June 2026. Sealed bids must be submitted in closed envelopes addressed to the procurement committee and delivered to the Malteser International office at House 223-A Broadway Street, Park Road Green Avenue, Islamabad no later than 30th June 2026.
