Supply of Tyres on Rate Running Basis for Mechanical Transport Workshop by PDOHA

Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) City Karachi invites sealed bids for the supply of tyres on a rate running basis for a period of six months from 1 July 2026 to 31 December 2026. The tyres are required for the Mechanical Transport Workshop at DHA City Karachi. This is a critical procurement for ongoing vehicle maintenance and operational support of the defence housing authority in Karachi, Sindh. Bidders must provide tyres strictly as per the detailed specifications outlined in the tender documents, with no alternate options permitted. Prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees and include all delivery charges and applicable taxes including GST.

Bidders should note that bidding documents containing complete specifications of the required tyres and warranty details can be obtained from the Procurement Directorate at DHA City Karachi office until 1600 hours on 16 June 2026 upon submission of a written application and a tender fee of Rs 2,000 in the form of a pay order payable to PDOHA City Karachi. The fee is non-refundable. Bidders must ensure their offers remain valid for the entire six-month contract period and must clearly specify the validity of offer and delivery schedule. Equipment nomenclature and name must be mentioned on the right corner of the sealed envelope.

Sealed tender documents must be submitted to the Procurement Directorate DHA City Karachi office by 1430 hours on 23 June 2026, with opening scheduled for 1500 hours on the same date. Payment will be issued by cheque following delivery of items. Bidders are encouraged to quote the lowest possible competitive price.
