Description / Scope of Work
Lahore Electric Supply Company Limited (Finance) invites proposals for appointment of a Tax Consultant to provide specialized consultancy services in Income Tax, General Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. The consultancy contract will run for a three-year period from 1st July 2026 to 30th June 2029, covering the financial and tax compliance needs of the utility company based in Lahore, Punjab. The procurement is being conducted through a National level open competitive bidding process with funds reserved under the FY 2026-27 budget allocation.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Proposals must include bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or a signed Bid Securing Declaration using the prescribed format. The selection will be conducted using the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. All bidders are required to comply with mandatory eligibility criteria and provide comprehensive technical and financial proposals as detailed in the bidding documents.
E-Bidding documents containing full terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available exclusively through EPADS v2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the same platform on or before Monday, 29th June 2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day.
