Description / Scope of Work
DHQ Hospital Muzaffargarh, located in Punjab, invites electronic bids for a comprehensive framework contract procurement covering 38 lots for the financial year 2026-27. The tender encompasses procurement of medicines, surgical and disposable items, dialysis equipment, biomedical gases, fire extinguishers, X-ray films, dental items, general store items, bedding, stationary, printing items, computer stationery, IT equipment, CCTV systems, toner refilling, gloves, chemistry analyzers on reagent rental basis, serology items, surgical instruments for various operating theatres, hearing aids, infection control equipment, homeopathic medicines, plants and machinery, furniture, LEDs, transportation services, and maintenance services for medical equipment. The total estimated budget across all lots is approximately 247.5 million rupees, with individual lot budgets ranging from 0.5 to 50 million rupees.
Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, hold a professional tax certificate for FY 2026-27 from the Excise and Taxation Department, and be registered on the e-Procurement System (EPADS). All electronic bids must be accompanied by scanned bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost of the lot or items, with original bid security instruments in the form of CDR or pay order submitted by 29 June 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Medical Superintendent. Late bid securities will be rejected.
Bidding documents are available for immediate download from the e-Pak Acquisition Disposal System (EPADS) portal at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted online following single stage two envelope procedures as per rule 38(2)(a) PPR-2014. The bid submission deadline and opening are both scheduled for 29 June 2026, with submission at 11:00 AM and opening at 12:00 AM.
