Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company - Sahiwal Division invites sealed technical and financial proposals under Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Procedure for cleanliness and sanitation services at Model Cattle Markets in Chichawatni and Arifwala, as well as the divisional office in Punjab province. The tender comprises two lots: Lot 01 for cleanliness of Model Cattle Market Chichawatni with an estimated price of PKR 6,300,000 for 12 months and Lot 02 for cleanliness of Model Cattle Market Arifwala with an estimated price of PKR 5,700,000 for 12 months. The contract period is for one year and bids are invited from registered companies and firms.
Eligibility criteria require that bidders must be registered on the e-PADS portal maintained by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority. Bidders must submit bid security equal to five percent of the estimated contract value in the form of a Pay Order or CDR in favor of Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company Sahiwal Division. The successful bidder's bid security will be retained as performance guarantee upon contract completion. All financial proposals must be inclusive of applicable taxes.
E-Bids must be submitted exclusively through the E-PADS portal (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx) and will close on 29 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives at Model Cattle Market Arifwala, Qaboola Road, Arifwala, contact 0457-920064. The bid validity period is 90 days from submission deadline. Bids submitted through any other means shall be rejected. Complete bidding documents are available on the PPRA website, and the tender is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
