Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Deputy Commissioner Chakwal invites electronic bids from registered contractors, authorized dealers and firms for procurement of services related to the installation of IP CCTV cameras with accessories for surveillance, IP PTZ cameras, walk through gates, razor wire, LEDs and establishment of control rooms during Muharram-ul-Harram, Saffare and Rebi-ul-Awal 2026-27 and for any other emergent events in District Chakwal during Financial Year 2026-27. The estimated cost of this project is 20 million Pakistani rupees with a bid security requirement of 0.4 million rupees. This comprehensive surveillance and security infrastructure project covers the entire district and is critical for ensuring public safety during major religious and civic events.
Eligibility for participation in this e-bidding process is restricted to contractors, authorized dealers and firms who are registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) for e-Procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) and registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Pakistan Revenue Authority (PRA) holding valid NTN and PNTN certifications. All bidders must submit e-bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost in the form of a CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order made in the name of the Deputy Commissioner Chakwal. Late bids shall be rejected and original bid security instruments must be physically submitted in envelopes marked with the bidding documents number and title before the e-bid submission deadline at the District Complex office in Chakwal.
Complete e-bids must be submitted exclusively through the online e-Procurement System (e-PADS) accessible at http: Punjab.eprocure.gov.pak with submission deadline set for 29 June 2026 at 11:30 AM and opening scheduled for the same date at 12:00 noon. The bidding procedure follows a single-stage single-envelope format with all bid documents uploaded directly on the EPADS portal. Bidders are strongly advised to upload their bids well before the submission deadline to avoid technical delays, as the Deputy Commissioner office shall not be held responsible for any system issues. The procuring authority reserves the right to reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
