Description / Scope of Work
THQ Hospital Darya Khan, operating under the Punjab health sector, invites sealed bids for the procurement of miscellaneous items required for the financial year 2026-27. This framework contract encompasses nine distinct lots with a total estimated value of PKR 40 million, including X-Ray films and chemicals (PKR 3M), laboratory and blood bank items with personal protective equipment (PKR 9M), general store items (PKR 10M), stationery (PKR 3M), printing materials (PKR 5M), bedding and linen (PKR 1M), dental materials and instruments (PKR 1M), biomedical gases (PKR 5M), and fuel for generators and vehicles (PKR 3M). The procurement is being conducted in Bhakkar district, Punjab, through a single-stage two-envelope sealed tender process compliant with PPRA Rules 2014.
Bidders must be registered with appropriate tax authorities and possess valid NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates. A bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost for each lot must be submitted in original form to the Procurement Officer before the closing time. Bidders found submitting false statements or documents shall be disqualified from the bidding process. The awarded firm or company will be entirely responsible for ensuring quality and quantity of supplied items. All applicable government taxes will be deducted from payments as per regulations.
Bidding documents are available from the office of the Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Darya Khan between 08:00 AM and 04:00 PM on working days. Bids must be purchased on or before 11:30 AM on 30th June 2026 and submitted online through EPADS by the same time. Bid opening will occur at 12:00 noon on 30th June 2026 in the presence of the purchase committee.
