Procurement of Stationery Items by Fatima Jinnah Women University

Fatima Jinnah Women University invites electronic bids for the procurement of stationery items through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The tender is divided into three separate lots: Lot 1 for Stationery/Printed Items (estimated cost Rs. 1,659,139), Lot 2 for Stationery General Items (estimated cost Rs. 2,740,951), and Lot 3 for Stationery/Paper Reams (estimated cost Rs. 2,632,285). The total procurement value across all lots is approximately Rs. 7.03 million. The University is located in Rawalpindi, Punjab, and bidders may submit bids for individual lots as contracts will be awarded separately for each category.

All interested bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax departments, and must be active tax filers. A bid security of 2 percent of the estimated price must be submitted for each lot in favor of the Treasurer, Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi. Bidders should quote prices in Pakistani Rupees with GST indicated separately where applicable. Quoted prices must remain valid for 90 days with an option to extend for an additional 30 days. The procurement will be conducted using a single-stage, two-envelope procedure as per PPRA 2014 Rule 38-A.

All electronic bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System before 1100 hours on 18th August 2026, with bid opening scheduled for 1130 hours the same day.
