For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

A framework contract for computer stationery supplies valued at approximately 3.4 million rupees is being procured by Punjab's Mines & Minerals Department through e-procurement. The tender employs single-stage bidding with a tight submission-to-opening window (30 minutes). This appears to be a recurring supply contract managed via framework agreement rather than a one-off purchase. Bidders must maintain current tax and procurement system registration; the 5 percent bid security requirement (169,809 rupees) is standard. The 90-day bid validity and 10 percent performance guarantee are typical conditions. Competition is likely from established office supply vendors with existing government registration.

Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with income tax, sales tax, and Punjab Sales Tax authorities, and enrolled on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Trading firms, sole proprietors, and general order suppliers meeting these registration requirements are eligible. Government-owned enterprises require explicit authorization from competent authority. Blacklisted firms or those associated with tender-preparation consultants are ineligible.
