Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government Rural Development Department Buner invites sealed tenders for eight beautification and infrastructure development projects under Provincial ADP No 944/250164 (2025-26). The works comprise beautification activities including tuff tile and street pavements, installation of waiting sheds, tree plantation, infrastructure improvement, monuments, street lights, green spaces, and solarization across multiple tehsils in Buner District including Daggar, Gagra, Mandanr, Chagharzai, Gadeezai, and Khadokhel. The total estimated cost across all schemes ranges from 1.0 to 50.0 million rupees, with combined project value exceeding 200 million rupees. These initiatives aim to enhance urban and rural beautification and provide essential public infrastructure across Buner.
Tenders are invited from government contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with the C&W Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year. The bidding process follows a single stage single envelope procedure under MRS-2025 (1st Biannual) guidelines. Bid security is required at 2 percent of the estimated cost for each scheme, ranging from 20,000 to 1,000,000 rupees. All bidders must comply with KP-PPRA Act and Rules, and eligibility requirements remain subject to verification by the issuing authority.
Bid Solicitation Documents may be downloaded from the official EPADS website at www.eprocure.gov.pk and the KP-PPRA website after NIT publication. Completed bid documents must be neatly filled with clear scanned copies uploaded through EPADS. The last date and time for submission of electronic bids is June 30, 2026 at 11:30 AM, with opening scheduled for the same date at 12:30 PM.
