Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government and Rural Development Department, Tehsil Lahor, District Swabi, is inviting sealed tenders for two development projects under ADP No. 941/251118 for the financial year 2025-26. The first work involves installation and upgradation of single and double arm street lights at multiple union councils including Ucs Tordher, Jalbai, Jalsai, Lahor, Beka, Manki, Mattani Changan and Jehangira in Tehsil Lahor, Swabi, with an engineer's estimated cost of 48.45 million rupees. The second project concerns enhancement of public spaces at UC Beka, Tehsil Lahor, with an estimated cost of 1.55 million rupees. Both projects aim to improve infrastructure and public amenities in the designated areas of Swabi district.
Eligible bidders must be registered with E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), Pakistan Engineering Council in the required category with specified codes, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) with active status, and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with active NTN or Sales Tax status. Bid security is required at 2 percent of the engineer's estimated cost, with a non-refundable tender form fee at 0.03 percent of the engineer's estimated cost. The bid validity period is 90 days, and bids will be evaluated according to criteria specified in the bid solicitation documents based on a single stage two envelope procedure.
Bid solicitation documents and bills of quantity can be downloaded from the official EPADS website (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa PPRA portal. Technical and financial bids must be submitted through EPADS, with original bid security documents submitted by registered courier to the Assistant Director, LG&RDD Tehsil Lahor, before the deadline of 30 June 2026 at 12:00 PM.
