Description / Scope of Work
Sukkur IBA University invites electronic bids through EPADS for a Mess Framework Contract to provide catering and food services for IBA Community Colleges and Schools. The tender covers mess operations for IBA IPHSS Ghotki with an estimated contract value of Rs 8.775 million. This is a single stage one envelope procurement process conducted through the electronic procurement system EPADS. Eligible bidders must be registered with both income tax and sales tax departments and possess relevant experience in food service management and institutional catering operations.
Bidders must be experienced firms with proper tax registrations and must submit bids electronically only through the EPADS portal; manual bids will not be accepted. The bid security amount required is Rs 175,500, equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost, to be submitted as a pay order in favor of Sukkur IBA University. A copy of the bid security must be attached with the financial proposal through EPADS, while the original pay order must be sent in physical form on or before the submission deadline. Bidders are required to provide their best and final price as no negotiations are permitted after bid submission.
Bidding documents can be downloaded from www.iba-suk.edu.pk and https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk and must be submitted electronically through EPADS by 02 July 2026 at 3:00 PM. Bid opening will occur on the same date at 3:30 PM through EPADS. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per SPP Rules 2010.
