Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Revenue Automation (Private) Limited invites sealed electronic bids from eligible vendors for the provision of comprehensive on-site Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), technical support, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) services for an APC Symmetra PX 96 KVA UPS system installed at the Custom House in Karachi. The tender reference is E-TENDER NOTICE NO. P-22/2026. This procurement covers complete maintenance, preventive care, spare parts management, and guaranteed support services to ensure uninterrupted operation of the critical UPS infrastructure at the Karachi customs facility. The scope includes emergency response, preventive maintenance schedules, and technical troubleshooting as per industry standards.
Bidders must be registered vendors with proven experience in providing AMC and SLA services for high-capacity uninterruptible power supply systems. Eligible vendors should possess relevant technical certifications, equipment-specific qualifications, and a strong track record of delivering similar services in Pakistan. Bid security and performance guarantees will be required as per the detailed bidding documents. All bidders must comply with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and provide evidence of financial stability and technical capability.

Eligible vendors must submit their complete electronic proposals through EPADS on or before 30th June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM.
