The Sindh Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed electronic tenders from well-reputed and prominent firms for multiple framework contracts. The scope of procurement covers distinct tender requirements under references 028, 030, and 031 for the fiscal period 2025-2026, which includes the supply of 100AH UPS batteries, procurement of medical gases, and provisions for general store items. These supplies are intended for the SICVD network hospitals across Sindh or its primary center in Karachi. Operating under a single-stage procedure in compliance with SPPRA Rules 2010 amended up to 2019, participating companies must maintain valid and active registrations with relevant tax authorities. Bidding documents detailing the specifications can be obtained or processed via the EPADS electronic portal against a standard fee. All electronic financial and technical proposals must be properly packaged, include the required earnest money security, and be submitted via the portal no later than 11:00 AM on 03 July 2026, after which they will be opened publicly at 11:30 AM on the same day.
