Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, a Gas Transmission and Distribution Company operating in Punjab, invites sealed bids from pre-qualified contractors for three tender enquiries related to ditching, backfilling, reinstatement and allied works for delooping plans of looped Transmission and Distribution System (TBSS) pipelines against clusters in the Bahawalpur region during FY 2024-25. The scope includes Tender Enquiry BWP/MAINT/09/2025-26 for works at Milad Chowk involving 1.523 metres of P.E 4-inch diameter pipe, Tender Enquiry BWP/MAINT/10/2025-26 for works at TBS Basti Karna involving 1.251 metres of M.S 4-inch diameter pipe, and Tender Enquiry BWP/MAINT/11/2025-26 for works at Tibba Noor Pura involving 238 metres of P.E 4-inch diameter pipe. All works fall within the Bahawalpur district of Punjab province.
Eligible bidders must be pre-qualified contractors of the Bahawalpur region desiring to quote for the above tender enquiries. All interested contractors are required to provide valid NTN (National Tax Number) and Income Tax Certificates, PPRA Certificate and the latest professional tax certificate along with their request for purchase of tender documents. Bid security (earnest money) must not be less than two percent of the tender value, excluding taxes.
Tender documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available from the SNGL Regional Office Maintenance Section located at 6-D Model Town-A, Bahawalpur. The cost of bidding documents is Rs. 1,000 per set. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Regional Office Maintenance Section on or before 23-06-2026 at 15:00 (closing time), with public opening of bids scheduled for the same day at 15:30.
