PDOHA Karachi invites sealed bids from reputed firms registered under Income Tax and Sales Tax Act for the purchase of equipment for the DHA Seaview Campus Cambridge Stream located in Karachi, Sindh. The procurement includes three items: an imported sound system JBL SRX715 with accessories, a Yamaha PSR SX 920 musical keyboard with stand, and a Cannon imported 100-litre capacity water cooler model IWC-100. All items are to be supplied with company standard warranty. The tender is open to qualified vendors meeting the registration and tax compliance requirements.
Bidders must be registered under the Income Tax Act and Sales Tax Act to be eligible for participation. Tender documents with detailed specifications and terms can be obtained by submitting a written application to the undersigned office against payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,000 in the form of a pay order issued in favour of Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority. The bid security and other standard warranty provisions apply as per tender conditions. DHA reserves the right to reject any or all quotations at its discretion under the provision of applicable rules and regulations.
Sealed bids must reach the undersigned office by 1000 hours on 24 June 2026, and will be opened at the same time on the same date.
