PDOHA Karachi invites sealed bids from reputed firms registered under the Income Tax and Sales Tax Act for the procurement of stationery and miscellaneous items for DHA Cell Headquarters and five corps during the financial year 2025-26. The tender covers the supply of various stationery and equipment items with detailed specifications provided in the tender documents. This procurement is intended to support the administrative operations of Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority located in Karachi, Sindh province, serving the defence housing community across multiple military corps formations.
Eligible bidders must be registered under the Income Tax Act and Sales Tax Act of Pakistan. Interested firms are required to submit sealed bids in response to this tender notice. A tender document fee of PKR 1,000 in the form of a pay order made payable to Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (non-refundable) must accompany written applications submitted to the office. The bid security and other financial requirements are as specified in the detailed tender documents.
Tender documents containing detailed specifications and requirements can be obtained on submission of a written application along with the prescribed fee to the Executive Director Procurement office. Sealed bids must be submitted and received by 1030 hours on 24 June 2026, with opening scheduled for 1100 hours on the same date. DHA reserves the right to reject any or all tenders under existing rules and regulations. Bids received after the deadline will not be entertained.
