SZABIST ZABTech, Directorate of an Institute of Technical and Vocational Education (ITVE), invites quotations for the supply of one Diesel Generator Set with specifications including Aksa APD66C or equivalent, 60 kVA Prime / 66 kVA Standby capacity, 400/230V three-phase 50Hz output, Cummins 4BTA3.9G2 engine, Stamford or Leroy Somer alternator, and DSE 6020 or equivalent AMF control panel with imported silent canopy. The procurement includes transportation and delivery to SZABIST ZABTech campus in Kashmore, Sindh, as well as full commissioning, testing, and handover with operation manuals and factory test records. The total scope encompasses supply, delivery, installation support, and one year or 1,000 hours warranty (whichever comes first). Reference number ZABTech-RFQ-KMR-25-26-DG-001 issued on 12 June 2026.
Only FBR-registered vendors are eligible to participate in this quotation request. Vendors must demonstrate relevant experience in supplying similar diesel generator sets and industrial equipment. Quotations must be submitted on company letterhead, signed and stamped, including vendor NTN, complete address, contact details, unit prices inclusive of all applicable taxes, total price inclusive of all taxes, delivery charges, and a validity period of at least 30 days. Vendors not yet registered with ZABTech must complete the Vendor Prequalification Form available at the provided link and submit it physically or request it via official email or WhatsApp.
Quotations may be submitted through the vendor's official email address; if no official email is available, physical submission is mandatory. The submission deadline is 19 June 2026 at 12:00 PM. Quotations must include delivery lead time in weeks from confirmed purchase order and advance payment, technical specifications confirmation, warranty details, and confirmation of after-sales service and spare parts availability in Karachi.
