Walk-in Registration for Local Purchase Day to Day Vendors (LPDD) by Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi

Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi invites walk-in registration for local purchase on day to day vendors (LPDD) for supply of medicines, surgical items and disposables for the financial year 2026-27. The registration process will be held on 2nd July 2026 at 12:30 PM in Rawalpindi. Eligible vendors are registered pharmacies holding a valid Drug Sale License Form-9 located within a maximum radius of 10 kilometers from Holy Family Hospital. This is a local procurement initiative under the direction of the Procurement Wing, Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab Lahore, vide directions dated 9th January 2023.

Applicant vendors must meet specific eligibility criteria including possession of valid Drug Sale License Form-9, CNIC, and active National Income Tax number. Vendors must demonstrate financial soundness through annual sales values, tax returns and bank statements for the last financial year. A performance guarantee of Rs. 35,000 (refundable) must be submitted with duly attested registration documents. Vendors are required to provide affidavits from Notary Public certifying no involvement in spurious or substandard drug supplies, have minimum one year experience in medicines and surgical disposables sales, and maintain computerized inventory management systems with qualified pharmacists available round the clock.

Registration documents can be obtained from the E-Pad Portal until 2nd July 2026 or downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. All documents must be submitted on the E-Pad Portal by 10:30 AM on 2nd July 2026. Documents must be clearly marked as Walk-in registration of local purchase on day to day vendors (LPDD) and include company profile and nominated representative details with CNIC and contact number.
