Metropolitan Corporation Lahore invites competitive bids for the repair and maintenance of Wahdat Road and Awa Pahari Stores Infrastructure under its procurement mandate in Punjab. This tender encompasses seven separate repair and maintenance projects for residential quarters located in Corporation Colony, Chohan Road and Ferozepur Road areas of Lahore, with an aggregate estimated cost of approximately 16.92 million rupees. The primary project lot seven involves repair and maintenance of Wahdat Road and Awa Pahari Stores Infrastructure with an estimated cost of 3.917 million rupees and a contract duration of six months. All projects are located in Lahore, Punjab, and require contractors to hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-6 or above.
Bidders must be registered or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category C-6 and above to be eligible for participation. Prospective contractors are required to submit earnest money security in the form of a Certificate of Deposit from any scheduled bank equivalent to three percent of the estimated cost. The original CDR must be submitted to the Metropolitan Officer Infrastructure with the applicant firm letterhead on or before the bid closing time; failure to do so will result in rejection of the online bid submission. This is a single stage one envelope bidding procedure conducted through open competitive bidding with evaluation based on the least cost method.
Bidding documents are available on the e-PADS platform at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must submit electronic bids through PDF file upload on e-PADS in compliance with Regulation 6(4) of PPR 2024. The bid closing deadline is 30th June 2026 with bid receiving time at 10:30 AM and opening time at 11:00 AM at Town Hall, Lahore. Online bids must be accompanied by scanned copies of required documents to be considered valid.
