Description / Scope of Work
Metropolitan Corporation Lahore invites single stage one envelope competitive bids for repair and maintenance of Quarter No. 31-C, Corporation Colony, Chohan Road, Islampura, Lahore. The estimated contract value is PKR 2.34 million with a completion period of six months. This procurement is part of a larger infrastructure rehabilitation program covering seven residential quarters in Lahore. Bidders must be registered or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 and above to be eligible for participation. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the e-PADS platform of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) as per Regulation 6(4) of PPR 2024.
Prospective bidders are required to submit earnest money security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from any scheduled bank equivalent to three percent of the estimated contract cost. The original CDR must be produced to the Metropolitan Officer (Infrastructure) on company letterhead on or before the bid closing time of 10:30 AM on 30 June 2026; otherwise the online bid will not be entertained. All bids must be uploaded as PDF files on the e-PADS system. Bids will be evaluated using the least cost method under open competitive bidding procedure.

The e-Tender Notice is published on the PPRA website at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTenders.aspx and response time is calculated exclusively from the date of publication. Online submitted bids will be opened on e-PADS on the fixed date and time of 11:00 AM on 30 June 2026 at Town Hall, Lahore. Bids unaccompanied with scanned copies of the CDR will not be entertained.
